Jennifer Rackley is a lawyer and trial attorney with offices in New Hampshire and Maine.  She is also admitted to practice in the First Circuit Court of appeals.  Attorney Rackley’s practice covers a large range of family related issues, including complex divorce and parenting matters, child protection and juvenile defense.

Attorney Rackley is also a certified Guardian ad Litem with extensive experience in developing parenting plans and advocating for children’s best interests in divorce and parenting matters, guardianships, terminations of parental rights, and child abuse and neglect proceedings.  As a former high school English teacher with  a master’s degree in teaching, and as a practicing family law attorney since 1999,  her experience in working with children and families spans 30 years.  It is this comprehensive concentration in family-related issues that informs her ability to provide compassionate representation that is child-focused, with a fierce and ardent advocacy of children’s rights.

Attorney Rackley earned her B.A. in English from the University of New Hampshire, her M.A. in Teaching from the University of New Hampshire and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.  She is a founding member of the New Hampshire chapter of the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators.  In addition to practicing law, Attorney Rackley has been a guest lecturer at the University of New Hampshire Law School and is a published children’s book author.
